Certain features may require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to use Recipe Master only for lawful, appropriate, and food-related purposes. The Service is designed to generate recipes, cooking guidance, nutritional information, and food photography for general audiences. You expressly agree not to use the Service to generate, request, upload, distribute, or promote any of the following:

• NSFW, adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene content of any kind
• Content that is harmful, unlawful, infringing, or violates any applicable law or regulation
• Content that promotes violence, hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Content that impersonates others, misleads users, or constitutes fraudulent activity
• Any request for AI-generated images, recipes, or descriptions involving nudity, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive themes

We reserve the right to review, remove, or block any content or user account that violates this policy. Violations may result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any paid subscription without refund.

5. Credits, Plans, and Payments

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans may include increased daily generation limits and additional features. Payments are processed through our payment providers. Credits and subscriptions have no cash value and are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the recipes and content you generate. We reserve the right to use generated content solely to improve the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated recipes and nutritional estimates are for reference only and should not replace professional dietary advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
